A step-by-step guide to communication skills training

The focus of this training is on how to get along better with oneself and other people.
It offers opportunities to discover how what we say, and how we say it, can change our lives, and the lives of the people with whom we interact.
We believe this program is suitable for a variety of audiences and a range of different settings, such as community workshops, schools, special interest groups, personal development and corporate training. Throughout the manual, we refer to the person conducting the training simply as ‘the leader’, to emphasis that, although the educational process can be stimulated and guided by another person, the ultimate responsibility for learning rests with the learner.
